About Me

My name is Dr. Kimarie Jeffreys, DNP, MHA, RN.

With over 25 years of experience as a clinical nurse in three states and more than 15 years of experience in Nursing Education, I am an expert in helping aspiring nurses to acquire clinical skills, prepare for licensing exams, and become the care provider you want to be.

I am licensed in over 30 states and have worked in and consulted with emergency departments, long-term care facilities, and other clinical settings in over two dozen hospitals and facilities. I am also a nursing educator and have been affiliated with major universities and nursing programs throughout the United States.

All this experience has shown me that CARE is more than what nurses do, it is what we ARE. I also know that navigating licensing requirements for nursing students can be a daunting, downright intimidating task. Book learning isn't for everyone and help for aspiring nurses is few and far between.

How does tutoring work?

In addition to some group sessions, I'll meet you in private, 1:1 video calls to discuss your goals and needs and the develop a personalized plan that I will help you see through.

What if I have to cancel/reschedule. Is that a problem?

Reschedule? No problem. Email me at drkim@expertnursingtutor.com and we'll move your appointment, free of charge (up to 90 days out).

Need to cancel? No worries, If you let me know at least a day in advance, I'll refund your payment, but I may withhold a 20% to cover my expenses.

What technology platforms are used to deliver synchronous content?

I mainly use Zoom, but if you prefer another platform, we can use that one, too.

How about in-person meetings?

Well, if you are in the Tuscon/Oro Valley/Marana area of Arizona, US, then I'm happy to get to know you in person. Email me for pricing and availability.

What else does your service entail?

It depends on what package you are booking, but at the very least, in addition to meeting with you, I will develop a personalized study plan that meets you individual needs. You will also receive free access* to the recording of our meeting.

How do I book a session?
